WHEN WEEKLY THERAPY IS NOT ENOUGH

You can be highly capable and still feel stuck with each other.

The pattern may be familiar: one conversation turns into the same argument, distance replaces warmth, or a rupture keeps shaping the present.

An intensive removes the weekly restart. You stay in the work long enough to understand what drives the cycle, practise a different response, and leave with clear agreements for what comes next.

TWO PRACTITIONERS, ONE RELATIONSHIP

Clinical depth. Lived resilience. No taking sides.

Christina Whitney, LMFT, MBA, and Lane Whitney, ASW, lead the work together. Two informed perspectives make it possible to notice more, hold both partners carefully, and work with the relationship rather than choosing a side.

Christina

Advanced relationship and trauma work, business experience, and clinical leadership.

Lane

Ten years in the fire service and the discipline of a former Division I athlete.

HOW IT WORKS

A clear four-step path, from first call through follow-up.

01 15-minute consultation

Having owned and run businesses, Christina understands risk, payroll, decisions that cannot wait, and the weight of being the one everyone looks to when something breaks.

03 The intensive

Two to five reserved days of structured work co-led by Christina and Lane, built around your relationship.

02 Private Intake

A deeper session maps your history, the pattern between you, and what the intensive needs to accomplish.

04 Follow up

Integration sessions, clear agreements, and practical tools help the work hold when ordinary life resumes.

A QUIETER WAY TO BEGIN

You do not need to decide everything today.

The first step is a brief conversation about what is happening, what you hope will change, and whether an intensive is the right fit.
