A private intensive reserves two to five focused days for work that does not fit into fifty-minute pieces. Individual intensives may include trauma-focused therapy and EMDR; couples formats address communication, trust and intimacy.

Four steps: a 15-minute consultation to confirm fit and pricing, intake to map history and design the days, the intensive itself across two to five reserved days, and follow-up afterward to steady the gains.

Christina is licensed in California, Arizona, Hawaii, and Nevada, so therapy — including telehealth and in-person intensives — takes place in those states; she resides in Redding, California. Elsewhere, she offers consulting using the same trauma-informed, attachment-focused approach.
